Incorrectly ordered parts returned within fifteen (15) days in new condition will be accepted and a 15% handling charge will be assessed: however, parts nonreturnable to the factory are nonreturnable to us and will not be accepted for refund. All electrical parts are nonreturnable.
You are responsible for the freight charges to and from the factory. However, all freight charges will be credited if the mistake was ours.
